I do prep in the weekend for the week (baking, mass batch of beans, etc) but during the week it is pretty much "grab a veg that needs to be eaten from storage soon and figure out a meal from that". Yeah, kind of haphazard, I know. <BR/>You really have made it work, which I admire. The dry erase board is a great tool, I have a huge one in my kitchen and one in my office. Even though its just me, its a way to keep things organized and then sort of feel calmer about everything, knowing there is some order/system in place.
