Spring means...

Nettles!

And nettles mean...
 Pasta!!
Tonight's menu:  Chicken alfredo with fresh nettle pasta and side salads from the greenhouse.  Mmm!

    1. I'll see what I can do. I think I did a pasta post last year sometime but I may have tweaked the recipe since then.

    1. You know, I used to be really intimidated by pasta. But once you've got the hang of it, it doesn't really take that long. And while I love my hand crank Atlas, the Kitchenaid attachments make it go really fast! I'm guessing active prep time was 45 minutes or so.
